We are dedicated to instigating change in customer behavior by understanding their evolving needs. Our goal is not merely to provide momentary pleasure but to achieve lasting contentment and satisfaction, fostering lifelong relationships built on trust and genuine commitment to service.

Before seeking a refund, we urge you to carefully review our refund policy for a comprehensive understanding of the process. Please note the following terms:
  • Train Instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule LIVE TRAINING COURSES due to reasons such as insufficient registration, speaker unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, attendees will be notified of the cancellation or rescheduling 24-48 hours before the scheduled live training course.
  • If Train Instructor cancels a training course, attendees will receive a full refund, or they can choose an alternative live online training course. The decision always rests with the customer.
  • Substitutions are allowed, allowing customers to replace themselves with a colleague if they are unavailable on a scheduled date.
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
  • Missing the live online training course.
  • Leaving an ongoing session before completion after logging in.
  • Facing technical issues at the customer’s end or not receiving the live online training course instructions/link due to email bounce/firewall protection.

To prevent issues with email delivery, always provide an alternative email address.

No refunds are available for recorded versions of training courses.
